Essential duties and responsibilities   Trade shows   - Extensive experience in organizing and setting up trade shows. - Work with trade show representatives to finalize location, contracts, other items needed for successful trade show - Shipping trade show booth and equipment - Manage timelines and due dates - Be responsible for equipment and trade show booth item inventory - Coordinate travel arrangements for those attending - Manage budget for tradeshows - On bigger shows, travel to venue to make sure everything is set up to specifications, as well as help manage the booth during the show. Manage tear down and shipping of booth after the show. Salesforce   - Work with sales and marketing to make sure leads are getting into system - Make sure current database is up to date, and work to maintain database - Have knowledge of Salesforce and its reporting and dashboard functions - Work with Digital Marketing Specialist on eNewsletters and eBlasts before they are sent out Webinars - Help in the scheduling and set-up of Webinars Help in the promotion of the webinars Be responsible during the webinar that everything works correctly, and troubleshoots any problems Sales materials - Manage the library of printed sales materials - When requested, mail out sales materials to distributors, reps and customers - Coordinate ordering of sales materials from printer - Coordinate ordering of other sales items, such as giveaways at tradeshows   Other possible duties - Help write, edit and proof sales and marketing materials - Help out with social media - Help out on the website - Take photographs
