    Position Summary and Responsibilities

    Teledyne Controls LLC is seeking a Contracts Specialist  to support the Contracts and Pricing group and the the business objectives of Teledyne Controls LLC.  The Contracts Specialist will manage the contracts repository at Teledyne Controls LLC. 

     

    Essential duties include the following, other duties may be assigned:

    • Update and maintain contracts repository on Merrill DataSite.
    • Create and implement standard contract management reports using Merrill DataSite.
    • Update and maintain contracts repository on Contract Logix.
    • Draft NDA’s, and other contracts of similar complexity, and obtain signatures in accordance with contracts policy and procedures.
    • Using the Contract Logix tool, draft Sales Rep Agreements and Consulting Agreements, complete the Request for Approval (RFA) documents, and submit SRA’s/CA’s for approval.
    • Create files of all original signed contracts, maintain control and manage the archiving of contract files.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline with a minimum of one (1) year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • General familiarity with contract types and key contract provisions required.
    • Experience with Merrill DataSite Contract Management Tool preferred.
    • Experience with Contract Logix Contract Management Tool preferred.
