    Position Summary and Responsibilities

    • Processes, sorts, and publishes various types of statistical data and metrics. Produces and publishes various charts and graphs, including the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System monthly and quarterly Quality Management Reviews.
    • Maintains numerous electronic databases and participates in the activities that utilizes them; such as for supplier approval, assessment and supplier performance history reporting. Maintains TMS Rancho’s Approved Vendor Listing (AVL), coordinates supplier surveys, maintains supplier 1st article data and activities, tracks and maintains supplier schedule and quality performance data, and processes and distributes supplier waivers. When necessary distributes and tracks Supplier Requests for Corrective Action (SCAR’s).
    • Produces, maintains and publishes a variety of quality system performance metrics; such as for Receiving Inspection productivity and backlog reporting, and for the Calibration Departments performance data. May provide administrative support to these departments on an “as needed” basis.
    • Other duties include; stamp control, archiving of quality records, routing of correspondence, formatting and tracking of quality assurance related procedural change orders, etc.
    • As and when directed by Management, assures sufficient cross training in the areas as noted above. Performs other miscellaneous quality assurance related duties as assigned.

    Citizenship Requirements

    Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "U.S. Person" (US citizens, US nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).

    Qualifications

    Third party Certificate for Customer / Government Property Management preferred. Job related experience and knowledge of best manufacturing / quality principles, disciplines, and industry standards is highly preferred. Job candidate must be highly proficient and fluent in the use of the various office suites (PowerPoint, excel, word, pivot charts, etc.). Job candidate must be detail oriented and apply reasonable strategic thinking. Strong written and verbal skills are required for this position.

    Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related positions and 2-5 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
