    Position Summary and Responsibilities

     Ensures that site location work is carried out in a manner that is safe, efficient, and effective.  Individual ensures that work is done in accordance with procedures and best practices. Identifies staffing needs and coordinates with Human Resources. Oversees employee performance evaluations, evaluates and identifies employee development needs and training. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and completion of weekly reports affecting P&L. Assures adherence to policies and procedures.Works in a professional manner with entire organization.   

     

    Essential Duties

     

    Facilitates total team performance by active engagement at the operation site. Executes the daily production schedule through the utilization of people, materials, machines and processes to meet the customer needs, schedules, compliance and other objectives. Assures that appropriate quality checks and audits are performed by technicians to provide product and process quality. Oversees all labor reporting and inventory accuracy. Develops and implements improvements in the areas of throughput, cycle time and backlog reduction. Coordinates process problems that involve deviation from standard conditions. Works with other Team Leaders throughout the organization, cooperating to assure the service processes support the service plan and customer requirements. Directly supervises employees under the service groups. Carries out Site Coordinator responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures and applicable laws. Conducts interviews, coordinates employee training, planning, assigning, and directing of work. Overseeing of performance reviews, works with Human Resources on disciplinary actions and complaint resolutions. Supports safety program in the areas of positive communication, employee involvement and recognition of working safely. Oversee that employees maintain a clean and orderly work environment utilizing 5S Standards.

    Education and/or Experience                                               

     

    Must have at minimum an Associate Degree in business, Bachelors Degree preferred. Two to five years work experience in an Industrial environment. Excellent leadership skills and knowledge of business relations.  

     

     

    Language Skills Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business reports, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.                                                    

     

    Mathematical Skills Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.                  

     

    Reasoning Ability Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

                                      

    Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel Spreadsheets, Pivot Tables and ADP software.
