    Position Summary and Responsibilities

    Teledyne Storm Microwave, a leading manufacturer of R/F Microwave cable assemblies, is searching for a Receptionist for our Woodridge, IL facility.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Answering multi-line phone system
    • Performing Denied Party Screening (DPSS)
    • Handling facility visitors including distributing badges, arranging meals and organizing meeting rooms
    • Assisting employees in booking work travel arrangements
    • Supporting the HR Department by performing special projects as assigned
    • Handling incoming/outgoing mail and postage machine
    • Inputting change requests and new vendor/customer information into ERP system
    • Requesting and maintaining Certificates of Insurance (COI)
    • Auditing weekly check run for Finance department
    • Preparing reports, binders, scans, mailings, etc. for various departments

    Citizenship Requirements

    Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "U.S. Person" (US citizens, US nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).


    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years experience with multi-line phone system
    • Secretarial training/coursework from accredited school preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be proficient in Word and Excel
    • Must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
