    Position Summary and Responsibilities

    This integral role to the Sales teams has the following key responsibilities:

    • Order Management of received purchase orders from our Global customers
    • Coordinate orders/sale inquiries and facilitate timely responses to ensure customers receive needed information.
    • Pro-actively provide order and sales information to our Sales teams to best assist them in managing customer deliveries.
    • Through our Servicing process, issue and manage RMA requests and inquiries.

     

    Primary duties will include:

    • Timely and accurate order entry of customer orders into our ERP system in accordance with our Sales Order processes and work instructions.
    • Create RMA for authorized repairs return through our Servicing process.
    • Distribution of order confirmations to our customers.
    • Manage and respond to customer orders and RMA inquiries.
    • Maintenance of customer order records
    • Blanket order Management, ensuring closure are within the contractual obligation of the blanket order

    Qualifications

    • Graduate from a post-secondary Business Admin program or equivalent
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Customer Service Role
    • Strong Business Acumen
    • Very well organized
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good working knowledge of Office tools (E-mail, Word, Excel, ERP)
