    Position Summary and Responsibilities

    Position Summary:  The ideal candidate for the Technical Project Manager role will possess a strong mix of project management and hands-on experience within vehicle entertainment interoperability testing, the ability to work in teams, and the capacity to communicate verbally and provide coherent written reporting of technical outcomes. Success in this demanding role will stem from the following criteria:



    • Manage multiple projects with top-down oversight through all stages to ensure adherence to scope, budget and timeline
    • Development of project plans to meet customer and internal stakeholder requirements
    • Continuous monitoring of project progress and reporting on milestones and deliverables
    • Communicate with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions and implement efficiency improvements
    • Review and document proposed project modifications and obtain approval from all stakeholders
    • Oversee resource and material requirements and acquisitions requirements before and during projects
    • Anticipate details of future projects by communication with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news
    • Ensure that all quality processes are being followed
    • Ensure company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc. are implemented
    • Able to provide verbal and written test result descriptions to customers
    • May be required to travel occasionally (Domestic and International)
    • May be required to work a different shift and/or longer hours depending on the needs and deadlines of the project
    • May be required to perform other duties and/or responsibilities assigned by management


    Minimum Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

    • Technical project management experience
    • Self-motivated and able to thrive under production pressure and deadlines
    • Good interpersonal skills and has the ability to collaborate effectively with co-workers
    • Ability to meet various deadlines on differing projects
    • Knowledge of financial management
    • Ability to report on project resources, deadlines, and deliverables to senior management
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • Ability to work independently in an agile environment
    • Excellent attention to detail


    • BS or Technical degree relevant experience
    • Knowledge of interoperability testing
    • Knowledge of BT OTA log collection and analysis
    • Solid understanding of BT Core specification
    • Past work experience with a Bluetooth chip or stack development environment
    • Experience with mobile consumer devices and/or Auto infotainment systems
