Specializing in Research and Development, manufacturing operations, plant shut downs and building maintenance and operations. Our skilled trades include Tool and Die makers, Instrumentation, Multi-Craft trades, Machinists, Pipe-fitters, Carpenters, Electricians, Work coordinators, EH&S, Building automation systems, compliance, welders, insulators and others support roles for these skilled trades.
The Administrative Assistant analyzes and updates procedures. updates the Document Management System, audits GMISS files to stay in compliance and make sure records match.
Education and or Experience
One to three years work experience in a supporting administrative role in an industrial environment
Daily experience working on computers for long hours at a time
Excellent computer Software skills
Associate Degree preferred.
Excellent time management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills (required to establish and maintain professional trust relationships).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be comfortable using a computer, and able to be trained in:
