    Position Summary and Responsibilities



    The Administrative Assistant analyzes and updates procedures. updates the Document Management System, audits GMISS files to stay in compliance and make sure records match.



    • Analyze procedures
    • Update existing procedures
    • Auditing GMISS files
    • Compare DMS files to Site Electronic Records
    • Provide updates to management
    • Evaluate any deficiencies in question.
    • Make corrections to procedures
    • Evaluate documentation requirements.
    • Provide documentation input



    • Must have strong computer skills
    • Must be excelled using Microsoft Word
    • Must be able to work closely with all site personnel.
    • Ability to develop professional relationships.
    • Ability to analyze detailed procedures
    • Understand requirements for proper procedure protocol.
    • Ability to manage time well


    Education and or Experience


    One to three years work experience in a supporting administrative role in an industrial environment

    Daily experience working on computers for long hours at a time

    Excellent computer Software skills

    Associate Degree preferred.

    Excellent time management skills.


    Language Skills


    Strong interpersonal skills (required to establish and maintain professional trust relationships).

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.



    Computer Skills/Software

    Must be comfortable using a computer, and able to be trained in:

    • Computerized Procedure Manuals
    • Document Management Systems (DMS)
    • GMISS
