    Position Summary and Responsibilities

    This is a full time  position which will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer engagement for specific customer contracts, Responsible for P&L, Risk and mitigation, schedules, maintaining customer satisfaction and customer growth.


    Key Functions of Job:

    • Working independently, manages all aspects of the program from inception through final delivery.
    • Build productive internal / external working relationships.
    • Create quotations and program kick-off activities including customer feedback on material, schedules, and costs
    • Review and support program metrics for on time delivery, customer service and satisfaction, quality health, and cost management
    • Makes budget and cost analysis reports to maintain programs’ financial health
    • Coordinates internal support resources to set up and direct program schedules and budgets.
    • Monitors programs from project start through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical matters
    • Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the program on schedule and within budget.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Must have excellent communication skills and relationship building skills
    • Must have strong analytical and reasoning skills
    • Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities at once
    • Must have strong communication skills – both written and verbal
    • Must be able to sit for long periods of time with a computer
    • Must have basic to intermediate computer skills; must have proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Must be able to work overtime; this position regularly has overtime in excess of 40 hours a week, including evenings and weekends


    Education & Qualifications:

    • BS/BA and/or commensurate experience in the contract manufacturing industry
    • Must have strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and management skills.
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen
    • Minimum 8 years’ experience in related field
    • Prefer COMSEC knowledge
    • Must have experience in electronic manufacturing
    • Must be able to obtain a security clearance
