    Position Summary and Responsibilities

    Summary:  The purpose of this job is to plan, schedule, and execute purchase orders in support of customer requirements and MRP.  Responsible for monitoring costs, schedules, and appropriate planned inventory levels.  Initiates quotations, reviews, and makes awards based on best total cost, quality, and availability. 


    Essential Duties:


    • MRP and Re-Order point Reviews
    • Quote activity
    • Expedite and follow-up communication
    • General administrative Duties




    • Strong analytic and problem solving skills
    • Good communication skills both written and oral
    • Strong microsoft office skills
    • Experience with ERP/MRP systems
    • must be able to multi task
    • Must be a US Citizen


    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 4-5 years experience in purchasing
    • Experience in a contract manufacturing company in the PCB industry
    • Must be able to obtain a security clearance if necessary
    • Industry-related certification preferred
