    Position Summary and Responsibilities

    PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

     

     

     

    • Manage assigned accounts by understanding customer needs, offering the “best fit product” and continually following up until business is awarded.
    • Act as liaison between factory and field salespeople.
    • Provide timely response to customer inquiries on product pricing, lead time, technical performance and/or order status.
    • Serve as initial point of contact on customer complaints, attempting to understand/resolve concerns to minimize customer impact/dissatisfaction.
    • Responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relations and coordinating with various positions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
    • Data entry in ERP, customer portals, customer data bases, quotation and sales history data files.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
    • Recent grads welcome to apply!
    • 1-2 years Sales or Customer Service experience preferred but not required
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office required
    • Ability to understand mathematical concepts such as percentages and basic algebra
    • May work in excess of 40 hours weekly
    • Some travel may be required
