Position Summary and Responsibilities



This position will provide administrative and clerical support to HR or Department administrative details. This is a Temporary full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.



  • Provide administrative support in a variety of HR functions such as recruiting, new hire orientation, handling benefits processing, workers comp, weekly reports, audits, record maintenance, filing and various special projects
  • Timekeeper for facilities in City of Industry and Colorado
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and able to handle a heavy volume of work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be flexible and resourceful, and able to hit the ground running
  • Great communication skills, written and oral
  • Other Duties as assigned or required            



  • Must have the ability to write letters, memo's and other correspondence        
  • Highly organized and ability to manage time well
  • Ability to interact and respond to questions to all levels of employees
  • Ability to work alone on a broad variety of projects while exercising effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs situations, and strong interpersonal skills



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field in manufacturing facility preferred
  • Detail-orientated with excellent organization skills
  • At least 4 to 6 years of HR support experience, preferably in a high volume, fast pace work environment
  • Experience in recruitment, benefits, employee relations, training and affirmative action program.
  • Computer skills such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, iCIMS, ADP and eTime a plus



  • The physical requirements of the position require occasional lifting and pushing/pulling of 25 to 35lbs. boxes, kneeling, standing and sitting.


  • Ability to multi-task
