This position will provide administrative and clerical support. Extensive order entry is required. May coordinate messages, appointments, information and status to customers, , file maintenance, stock department office supplies and mail distribution. Maintains adequate stock of normal office supply items and orders special items, as required. Operates and maintains automated office equipment. Enters all new orders and change orders into the ERP systems for multiple product lines. Creates and maintains files for open and closed sales including submission of documents to customers and maintaining electronic records. Tracks and expedites new sales order files through the order entry, review and authorization process. Maintains electronic record logs and reconciles with other internal departments. Prepares department files for annual off-site storage according to corporate policy. Acts as contact for customer inquiries regarding status of production orders by researching order status and communicating delivery dates back to the customer or forwards the request on to the assigned responsible party. Provides additional backup support for RMA order entry and processing. Acts as back-up for lobby coverage.
High School Diploma. Fluent with MS Office, typing with accuracy at 50+ WPM, excellent clerical skills, attention to detail, time management skills.
