    Position Summary and Responsibilities

    This position is primarily responsible for providing analytical and specialized executive assistance, project management support and administrative support for the general manager and directors. The Administrative Assistant will provide direct support for day-to-day administrative duties in addition to more project related deliverables such as research, support and follow up on departmental operations and projects. The Administrative Assistant will handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.

    • Providing first line contact with industry personnel, company executives, employees and the public: some office reception duties are required
    • Preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations and other material as needed for internal and external meetings.
    • Prompt follow through on issues. Proactively communicate information to internal executives/managers to ensure smooth business operations
    • Screening of incoming calls and direct incoming calls to appropriate party
    • Responsible for calendar management and coordinate a variety of meetings
    • Prepares presentation materials for meetings
    • General administrative duties, project support, special events and activities as requested
    • Complete domestic and international travel bookings for Executives
    • Perform other duties as assigned


    • AA/AS or equivalent work experience required
    • Bachelor’s degree a plus
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Expert in multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing a must
    • Detail oriented with ability to work independently
    • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and discretion required
    • Responsive team player with the interest to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient user in Microsoft Office Suite is required
