The level III Business Analyst will work closely with the Business Manager to establish, track, report, and forecast all facets of assigned programs.
Education and Experience:
Requires a B.S. degree, generally in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or an equivalent field. Persons holding a B.S. degree with a basic knowledge of business administration may be classified as an Associate Business Analyst without prior experience.
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, ability to work with numbers, good written and verbal communication skills, and must be detail-oriented. Experience in forecasting, planning, reporting, customer interfacing, scheduling, and working with spend plans. Candidate will use Teledyne Management systems, Deltek Costpoint, Applix, MPM, and other as required. Ability to work in a diverse, multi-skilled team of Business professionals.
Two (2) to six (6) Years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a Government contracting environment.
Competencies desired are adaptability, customer focus and ability to multi task and communicate effectively at all levels of the company. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage to schedule and meet deadlines. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on creating and utilizing Excel macros.
