    Position Summary and Responsibilities

    Organizes and handles a variety of logistics issues in a manufacturing environment.  Maintains files, logs info into various spreadsheets on computer systems.   Duties include:


    • Inventory control
    • Part availability communication
    • Internal and external communication to resolve issues
    • Material handling
    • Daily build plan updates and communicate issues/disparities
    • Cycle count
    • Label creation as needed
    • Documentation of completed orders
    • Creation and Maintenance of excel spreadsheets to aid operations efficiency

    Provides administrative support relating to purchasing. May assist purchasing to expedite orders.

    1. Processing of receipts
    2. Clear receipts and shortages


    • 5 years’ experience working in an Operations/Manufacturing environment
    • Similar experience processing duties similar to those listed above
    • Strong computer skills; high proficiency in Excel
    • Strong communications skills
    • Bachelors degree or similar
