The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for making process improvements by conducting methodical reviews of existing processes in order to improve quality, consistency of the build processes, throughput, and lead times. Working under general supervision, will provide troubleshooting, process review, documentation, and training support to the production floor. This includes test and fixture design, procedure creation and maintenance. The position will ensure that product quality is maintained while minimizing production and test costs. Support new product introductions by working with the design engineers and other manufacturing engineers to develop documentation, fixtures, BOMs and processes that ensure product quality and manufacturability.
