Position Summary and Responsibilities

  • Sales Representative/Distributor/Consultant Management – all administrative functions for the Reynolds Group up to and including the Corporate office (agreements, off‐site meetings, maintenance of Corporate database).
  • Agreement Software – has administrative function for the Reynolds Group. Trains employees at the BU level on how to generate due diligence packages and the use of the system.

  • Maintains Sales Representative/Distribution Rep List and Regional Maps within Teledyne


  • Coordinates and submits annual FCPA certifications for the Reynolds Group.
  • Patents – interfaces between Corporate and the cognizant Teledyne person holding the patent

    as required.

  • Tradeshow coordination for the Reynolds Group as applicable.



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field from an accredited college/university; A.S. Degree acceptable.  A degree is strongly preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 years administrative experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented. 
  • Advanced knowledge and use in MS Office programs.
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and effective decision-making

  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills to support report development and presentations.

  • Position may work in excess of 40 hours on a weekly basis. 
  • Will be required to satisfactorily complete a background check and drug screen.
