Well-established supplier of interconnect systems and high-voltage components for the aerospace industry in the Culver City area is seeking an HR Generalist (Administrator 3). This is a shared position that will work between Culver City and Hawthorne. This position will report to the Segment Lead, Director, Human Resources in the Culver City office.
The Human Resource Generalist will provide a broad range of support including but not limited to: benefits administration, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, workers compensation and employment law compliance.
