Position Summary and Responsibilities

1.   Primary Responsibility

  1. Provide quality, professional support to all customers and distributors worldwide.
  2. Provide direct administrative support to sales team and company General Manager.
  3. Perform detailed compatibility reviews and approvals of system orders.
  4. Participate in sales meetings and generate support data for weekly bookings calls.
  5. In conjunction with the manufacturing design engineer, manage part numbers, item descriptions, and product pricing.
  6. Provide sales quotes and equipment reference quotes to customers and distributors as needed.
  7. Manage customer satisfaction surveys and produce a variety of monthly reports for GM.
  8. Maintain CRM database for sales-related activities.
  9. Coordinate tradeshow logistics, training logistics and other company events.
  10. Chair the education committee.
  11. Participate and manage marketing activities as required. Provide support to the marketing department.
  12. Contract Administration for Business Unit.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Ensure all products are priced according to profitability guidelines set forth by the GM.
  • Manage Updates in buyer’s guide and pricing and content of price guids.
  • Perform CRM training for new users.
  • Maintain detailed work instructions on for all sales support related tasks.
  • Manage marketing promotions and literature.
  • Assist in developing new sales and marketing strategies.


Daily Tasks

  1. Support sales team, director of marketing and GM as needed.
  2. Approve system configurations for new customer orders.
  3. Generate quotes
  4. Liaise between customers, sales reps, distributors and order-processing.



General Requirements

  1. Detail oriented, motivated self-starter.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  3. Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
  4. Ability to manage and track fast-paced, dynamic projects.
  5. Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.

Technically proficient; ability to understand the basics of complex mechanical devices for the purpose of selling and supporting.


Prior Experience

Minimum 5 years high level administrative and sales support (or related) experience preferably in sales and marketing in a manufacturing environment.



College degree (business or marketing preferred) or strong related work experience.
