This position will handle surface mount and post wave touch-up/rework operations as well as touch-up/rework of solder defects to meet specifications of IPC-610.
Must be able to read and follow drawings/blueprints, work instructions and process specifications.
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Able to use a microscope.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Must have working knowledge of hand tools such as pliers, tweezers, cutters, etc.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Ability to work around chemicals
You must pass a visual examination and required certifications
Basic computer skills
Responsible for operating a variety of soldering irons and hot air equipment.
Meet production rates in a lean manufacturing environment
High school diploma or GED
