Responsibilities of the Field Service Technician include: assisting our customers by providing telephone support, on-site installation, service, and application assistance; sell and support service products; serve as a technical expert. Up to 50% travel is required. A complete training program will be provided to the right candidate. Salary will be based on candidates experience with troubleshooting and repairing LC, TOC, VOC Purge and Trap, ICP, DC ARC, Mercury Analyzers and GC/MS systems.
Associate's degree (A. A.) in Chemistry or Electronics or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and 3 to 5 years related experience in laboratory troubleshooting/repairing analytical equipment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
