Position Background and Scope

TBE is seeking a Full-Stack Developer with the right composition of knowledge, experience, and drive to serve as the Software Engineering Technical Lead for a dynamic team supporting advanced analytics efforts within the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED).
The Software Engineering Technical Lead is a full-stack developer and coach who contributes expertise and best practices in software development to high-performing teams. This individual must demonstrate an aptitude for team communication and cooperation while contributing to enterprise level technology and architecture. Applies innovative design and development to user-focused sustainable software solutions utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
