Position Summary and Responsibilities

Teledyne Brown is seeking an EH&S Administrator who will be responsible for providing support to our Environmental Health and Safety department. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains OSHA, EPA, DOT, ADEM and ADPH records
  • Must be familiar w/reviewing safety data sheets and chemical inventories
  • Performs weekly environmental and safety inspections of the facility
  • Knowledgeable in conduction Workplace Hazard Assessments
  • Assist in revising and maintaining environmental and safety procedures.
  • Provides assistance with audits:  Teledyne Corporate, State, Local and Federal. 
  • Conducts training of various EH&S related courses.
  • Some travel may be required


Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in a related field and 0-2 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Knowledge of OSHA (29 CFR), EPA (40CFR), DOT (49 CFR) and ADPH regulations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Requires communication with all levels of management. 
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
