Teledyne Monitor Labs (TML) has more than 40 year’s global experience in the design and manufacture of continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS), process monitoring, industrial sensors and instruments, ambient monitoring and software. Teledyne Gas and Flame Detection was recently added to the Teledyne family, resulting in a need for shipping/receiving and manufacturing personnel in our Englewood, CO facility.
The gas and flame detection business provides a portfolio of fixed and portable industrial gas and flame detection instruments used in a variety of industries including petrochemical, power generation, oil & gas, food & beverage, mining and waste water treatment. These rugged trace gas analyzers feature fast response time, intrinsically-safe sensors and satisfy multiple international certification standards.

Performs a wide variety of electronic and electro-mechanical subassembly and assembly operations of a semi-skilled nature to build up and assemble simple units such as power supplies, modules, chassis drawers, cable harnesses, PC boards, electronic systems and subassemblies. Solders and de-solders through-hole and surface mount technology (SMT) components. Installs and/or removes discrete components such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, inductors, etc., on to printed circuit assemblies (PCA’s), panels using both traditional soldering iron and or hot air techniques.

Education and/or Experience
Requires a high school diploma and some degree of vocational or technical training and a minimum of 2-5 years of directly related experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to enter time and data into a computer system. An individual may require knowledge of database software; inventory software; manufacturing software; spreadsheet software and/or word processing software.
