    Position Summary and Responsibilities

    The SharePoint Developer/Administrator position requires expert knowledge and experience with SharePoint technologies including SharePoint 2007/2010/2013/2016. 


    The candidate will be responsible for all phases of design, development and documentation of programs, scripts, reports, procedures, interfaces and system configuration. The position is also responsible for supporting multiple business units in their use of existing SharePoint applications and assisting in the migration of sites from legacy farms to the corporate SharePoint 2016 farm.  

    Primary duties and responsibilities include the following: 

    • Implement systems using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions 
    • Document client requirements and business processes gathered through interviews with business stakeholders and IT management 
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within custom applications built on the SharePoint platform 
    • Support the business in their use and customization of SharePoint while enforcing best practices  
    • Automate business processes within SharePoint through the implementation of custom Nintex forms and workflows 
    • Design and deploy sites, taxonomy, and metadata to create custom collaboration solutions 
    • Assist with the server-side administration of SharePoint; including SharePoint software updates, SharePoint service maintenance, and SharePoint custom solution deployment 


    • 3+ years developing, administering, and supporting SharePoint projects across the entire lifecycle; planning, design, development, implementation, and support 
    • Experience with implementing SharePoint intranets and extranets and understanding of security and administration best practices for each 
    • Experience with automating business processes using Nintex Forms and Workflows 
    • Experience with related technologies such as SQL Server, IIS, and SharePoint Designer 
    • Experience with SharePoint integration within Microsoft Office 
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
    • Experience and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment 
    • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and a dynamic environment 
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field 

    Additional Experience


    • Experience with custom SharePoint development using CSOM, SPFx, .NET, or C# a plus 
    • Experience with Microsoft Azure a plus
