The Senior Contracts Manager reports to the Corporate Vice President, Contracts. The primary responsibility of the position is drafting, reviewing, and approving complex purchasing contracts and agreements for the Corporation and its constituent business units. The individual will also support negotiations with major suppliers. Additional responsibilities include creating standardized contract templates, processes, tools, aides, and training programs for procurement personnel. The individual will also support and assist the Corporation’s Chief Procurement Officer in identifying and executing process improvement initiatives and projects.
