    Position Summary and Responsibilities

    Provide Quality Engineering support to multiple product lines.  Support Quality Inspection  and work with manufacturing engineers on process issues. Interface with customers and Customer Source Inspection representatives.  Perform analyses and appropriate training to improve QA processes.  Knowledge of Military Standards, (MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-STD-883).  Knowledge of AS9100D is required to  assist Lead Auditor in auditing site for AS9100D certification.  Analyze workmanship defects, root cause analysis, using 5 Whys for reaching root cause.  Prior experience with Military grade Microwave products is a plus. Work with Quality Engineering Team as required. 

    Qualifications

    Computer skills required: MS Word, Excel, and TIPQA, TMS electronic QMS module system to analyse quality metrics.  Knowledge of microscope and camera, a plus. Should have a minimum of 8-10 years in electronics industry. Be able to apply for Security Clearance if required.
