The Stowage Engineer serves as the real-time expert on all International Space Station Payload inventory items.
The Stowage Team supports real-time operations five days a week, twenty-four hours per day; in addition, back room teams support five days a week, eight hours per day. The Stowage team ensures hardware is tracked from launch to landing.
Education and Experience:
Requires a B.S. degree in a recognized field of engineering and a basic knowledge of analysis, design and test techniques. No prior work experience is required. Co-op or related sub-professional experience is desirable, but not mandatory.
Experience in engineering, logistics, supply management, and operations integration. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
