The Director, Corporate Contracts, reports to the Corporate Vice President, Contracts. The individual is responsible for oversight of the contracts management function at assigned Consolidated Business Units (CBUs) and their constituent Business Units. This includes (a) providing expert guidance and direction for all aspects of contract management, (b) participating in major proposal, agreement, and terms and conditions reviews, (c) leading key negotiations with customers, and (d) drafting complex agreements and contracts as required. The individual is responsible for ensuring that the contract management and administration activities at the CBUs and Business Units are performed in a professional, efficient, and effective manner following good business practices and in strict compliance with all applicable Corporate and company policies, procedures, and processes, applicable laws and regulations, and contract requirements. The individual will oversee several indirect subordinates and is also responsible for the training and development of contracts personnel within the Corporation. The individual will also provide support for the Procurement function as required. The individual will also support and assist the Corporate Vice President of Contracts in identifying and executing various initiatives and projects.
