    Position Summary and Responsibilities

    Teledyne Brown is seeking a Space Sensor Senior Analyst to develop and evaluate algorithms for HBTSS applications, including sensor image processing and mission planning; and their representation in the Signal-chain Processing Demonstration.

    The Space Sensor Senior Analyst will be responsible for the following:

    • Definition of HBTSS processing algorithms, including image processing and mission planning
    • Configuration and modifications to EADSIM necessary for its use as an HBTSS algorithm test bed
    • Understanding  of  legacy enterprise architecture and how HBTSS is required to integrate
    • Configurations and modifications to EADSIM necessary to represent legacy enterprise architecture interfaces with HBTSS
    • Evaluation of algorithm alternatives through their evaluation using EADSIM.

    The Space Sensor Senior Analyst will have frequent interactions with and presentations to Government customers and associated contractors, as well as frequent interaction with HBTSS engineers in other disciplines.

     

    Must be current holder of SECRET (or higher) security clearance.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    Requires a minimum of a B.S. degree in a recognized field of engineering or applied science (e.g. mathematics, physics) plus approximately sixteen (16) years of related experience.

     

    Preferred:

    Experience with development and use of EADSIM. Experience with C/C++ programming languages. Advanced degree in a recognized field of engineering or applied science (e.g. mathematics, physics).

    Citizenship Requirements

    Due to classified work at the facility and related access restrictions, successful applicants must maintain U.S. Citizenship to allow the person to hold a U.S. Government security clearance.
